If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Add almonds to bowl (if using whole almonds) and blitz for 10 secs, speed 10.
2. Add tapioca and baking flour. Mix for 5 secs on speed 2. Scrape down sides of bowl.
3. Add applesauce, vanilla and eggs. Mix on speed 3.5 for 15 seconds. Scrape down then mix for 5 seconds on speed 3.5.
4. Cook as per usual. I use a crepe pan (non stick).
