  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 10 g Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 30 g Shredded coconut
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g Milk (Any)

      TM 5
      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Pancakes
  1. Add all ingredients into thermomix bowl.

    Mix on speed 4 7 seconds, scrape down bowl and repeat until combined if required.

    Fry in a frypan with a spray of coconut oil to prevent sticking.

    approx 1 minute each side or until browned.

    This will make approx 14 picklets.

    Very good. I didn't have the vanilla paste for I added a little vanilla essence and some rice malt syrup to give some sweetness with no sugar.
