- 125 grams unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 4 eggs
- 150 grams castor sugar
- 160 grams lemon juice
Recipe is created for
Add the all of the ingrediensts to bowl and chop 7 seconds speed 7.
Scrape down bowl. Attach butterfly whisk and cook 15 mins, 80 degrees speed 3.
Pour into sterilized jars and cool.
