If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Combine chia seeds with coconut water in small bowl, stir well and set aside.
Pour coconut milk into TMX bowl. MC on 3min/100C/Sp1
Add eggs, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. MC on 3min/90C/Sp3
Add chia sedd mixture. MC on 10sec/Sp5
Pour custard mixture into 4 ramekins or small bowls, set in the fridge overnight. Serve for breakfast with fresh berries.
