      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop the zucchini for 6 seconds, speed 7
  2. Add all dry ingredients mix for 1 minute, speed 3 while adding enough water through the lid to make a smooth batter. You are looking for the consistency of a pancake or pikelet batter.
  3. Heat a small fry pan and add oil of choice
  4. Pour batter into the pan and work quickly to ensure you get it to be as thin as possible.
  5. Flip the dosa to brown the other side.
  6. Eat and enjoy! In the photo I have served mine with Bunny Chow from cookidoo.com.au
