Recipe's preparation
- Chop the zucchini for 6 seconds, speed 7
- Add all dry ingredients mix for 1 minute, speed 3 while adding enough water through the lid to make a smooth batter. You are looking for the consistency of a pancake or pikelet batter.
- Heat a small fry pan and add oil of choice
- Pour batter into the pan and work quickly to ensure you get it to be as thin as possible.
- Flip the dosa to brown the other side.
- Eat and enjoy! In the photo I have served mine with Bunny Chow from cookidoo.com.au
