      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Add all ingredients to Closed lid.

    2. Mix 10 secs sp 5

    3. Dough mode 3 mins

    4. Pour batter into greased Texas muffin tins.

    5. Preheat oven to 200 deg C, Fan forced.

    6. Let stand for 15 mins.

    7. Spray tops with water.

    8. Bake for 20 mins.

    8. Cool on wire rack.

    9. Enjoy or seal and freeze.

Tip

Could make smaller rolls if required but adjust cooking time. I used these for my Salmon Burgers. Very light and fluffy.
