      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

I made these today and they were so quick, easy and best of all, delicious! 🤤

The recipe yielded 11 mini breads for me (I may or may not have eaten one pre photo 🤫)

I didnt have onion flakes so used 1 teaspoon of onion powder instead. I found a great substitute / conversion online for onion:

    Substitute for Onion flakes

If you don't have onion flakes you can substitute one of the following (per tablespoon needed:

    2-3 tbsp jarred minced onion
OR>3/4 to 1 tsp onion powder
OR>3/4 to 1 tsp onion salt (adjust salt in recipe)
    OR>3/4 tsp liquid onion seasoning
OR>2/3 cup chopped leeks or scallions
OR>1/2 cup chopped fresh or frozen onion

And thanks for the buttermilk tip! I didn’t have any so added vinegar to my milk and it worked a treat!

    Thanks for a great recipe!
