Thanks Janine! I made these in standard Hobart humidity (ie, almost none) on a warm summer’s day. Followed the preparation steps exactly and left out the garlic salt. Isabella ate 5 in one sitting, so I will definitely be making them again!

These were amazing!! Better than the shops for sure. So easy to make as well. Second time I've made them and this time just thought I'd use hot tap water (it's very hot) FAIL! Did it again with boiling water and was perfect!

Damn! Mine were a fail because I tried this in the TM5! The function will not let you knead if too hot! Will try again in my TM31 when it comes back from the hospital after the scales went out of kilter. But I am sure they will be great so am giving this recipe a five star rating!

These are fantastic and really easy to make. I also found it very wet but live in Qld where it's terrible humidity at the moment too. I didn't add the garlic powder either and found them a bit bland but it was fine with ingredients on top

Great recipe. I didn't want
Great recipe. I didn't want to use garlic, so I needed a little more salt to give it flavour. Like a previous poster said, my dough was very wet and I needed to add a lot of flour. I also live in a very humid and hot area, so maybe it's that.

I used these as tortillas and they tasted delish.
Not sure if it was the humidity where I live, but I found the dough very sticky. Just had to add a lot of flour when rolling out and was fine.
I know this is for the TM31, but the TM5 dough function won't work above 60° C so don't boil the water. I used water heated to 55° C.
