Life-Changing Loaf of Bread

  • 135 g sunflower seeds
  • 90 g Flax Meal
  • 65 g almonds
  • 150 g Quiona flakes
  • 40 g chia seeds
  • 80 g Psylllium husks
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 20 g Maple syrup, Omit if Sugar Free
  • 350 g water
  • 60 g coconut oil

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Melt Coconut oil 2 mins 80 degress sp 2

    2. Add maple syrup and and water and blend 5 sec sp 5

    3. Add all remaining ingredients and mix reverse sp 1 until well combined

    4. Place into a silicon loaf pan let soak for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

    5. Preheat oven 175 degrees

    6. Bake for 20 minutes, remove bredad from loaf pan and place it upside down directly on the rack and bake for another 30-40 minutes.

    7. Let it cool completly before slicing.
