If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Put Cheddar cheese in dry clean tm bowl 2 sec turbo 2 to 4 sec. Remove 50g for topping
Add the rest of the ingredient (except the topping) into the bowl 3min "Dough mode"
Let dough proof in the warm place for 40min Make into desire shape and let it have second proof till double size brush the top with milk topping with cheddar cheese and brown sugar.
Bake in the pre heated oven 170'c for 15 min
