  • 150 g sultanas
  • 500 g Self Raising Flour

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. preheat the oven to 180deg.

    2. put the apples into the TM bowl, chop them with the aid of the spatula for 5sec on speed 5, then set aside.

    3. put the sugar, sultanas, flour, cocoa and cinnamon into the TM bowl and mix together for 10sec on speed 3.

    4. add the nuts and apple to the TM bowl and knead for 3mins on intervall with the aid of the spatula.

    5. place the dough in a greased bread tin and bake it in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

Tip

instead of using self raising flour you can replace it and use spelt or wheat whole flour, just mill the grain into flour for 1min on speed 9.
