- 3/4 level teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 level teaspoon salt
- 60 grams Butter, Softened
- 180 grams sugar, Raw
- 2 eggs, Large
- 2 bananas, Very Ripe
- 1 level teaspoon vanilla
- 70 grams Milk
- 3 tablespoons Nutella or Hazelnut Spread

Recipe's preparation
Prepare and line a loaf tin with baking paper
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Place butterfly in bowl and then add butter and sugar, mix
30 sec/speed 4
Remove butterfly
Add eggs, banana, milk and vanilla, mix 10 sec /speed 5
Add flour, baking soda and salt mix 10 sec /speed 5
(don't over mix)
Pour into prepared tin, scoop nutella onto top and swirl through mixture
Bake in oven for 50 mins or until skewer comes out clean
Cool on a wire rsack

Yum ! Thank-you although I mixed the flour a little longer . and threw the nutella in and stirred for 20 secs . Kids loved it ! ( and I got rid of the fruit flies hanging off the bananas )
