So i stuffed the recipe up and added milk and the same amount of water so needed a heap more flour to get a dough texture. I was so confused until i came back and reread the ingredients haha
anyway, they were still delicious!!!! though, because my dough was so sticky i only did 12 rolls and then whacked the rest in a bread tin. I'm yet to try the loaf but it looks really good!
I'll def make again and use the right ingredients next time. Mine look really close to the picture too, really delicious, thank you!
would i be able to heat the butter and milk together and then add yeast next time? I had a few extra dishes afterwards.
