These are perfect served with a creamy winter soup. These taste great by themselves but herbs and bacon could be added for extra flavour

I wasn’t sure what the hype about these were since mine were an epic fail in the oven. BUT, since I had ingredients left over from giving it a try and had read the comment about cooking them in the cake pop maker, I thought Id go again...OMG!!! I ate half of them before telling anyone else they were sooo good!!

  • These are amazing. Absolute

    Submitted by Milily on 9. March 2016 - 14:25.

These are amazing. Absolute HUGE hit with the whole family, particularly gluten-intolerant son who laments the loss of 'normal' bread from his diet. I could make these every day as far as he's concerned. I added a tablespoon of nutritional yeast to boost the nutritional qualities. Will start to experiment with herbs, bacon, etc and maybe even see if I can coax them into hamburger buns. Thank you so much for such an awesome, easy recipe.

    Submitted by kajogeru on 10. May 2015 - 19:03.

My daughter is a coeliac and she loves this recipe. I now add some bacon to them when I am rolling them. Plus I also put them in a cupcake tin instead of baking tray as they fall floppy sometimes. Great for lunches.

    Submitted by Cila on 13. April 2015 - 22:04.

    Great!

I did not have tapioca flour and substituted 60 gr. corn flour and 60 gr. rice flour. Added 1/2 tsp of xantham gum. For cheese I used 200 gr. gouda and 50 gr. parmesan.

    Delicious and beautiful!

Yuuuuuuum! I struggle to find yum and quick and easy gluten free bread type snacks. These were amazing! I added some fresh thyme and about 30g of gluten free self raising flour as I didnt have enough tapioca, worked out perfectly!

  • These rolls are AMAZING!!

    Submitted by Tree on 21. March 2015 - 17:39.

These rolls are AMAZING!! Probably the best gluten free rolls I've made so far.

We had them with soup and there were no leftovers at all.

update: i actually add a half teaspoon of Xantham Gum to this and they rise up and look like real rolls as apposed to flattened ones tmrc_emoticons.)

  • I made these rolls again

    Submitted by teyzia on 14. December 2014 - 16:01.

I made these rolls again today. Ive lost count how many times I've made them. I made them differently though and wanted to share. Instead of rolling into balls and baking in the oven, I weighed them into 20g balls and cooked them in my cake pop maker. They turned out AMAZING!! Crunchy golden balls outside and gooey cheesy goodness inside. Perfect for school lunch boxes.
