  • 5 g hot water
  • 35 g sugar
  • 40 g plain flour
  • 40 g unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 pieces egg, (use the remaining half for dough)

DOUGH

  • 100 g Milk
  • 4 g dried instant yeast
  • 200 g Flour, Plain, (bread flour)
  • 30 g unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 25 g sugar
  • 1/2 pieces eggs, (use the remaining half for dough)
  • 3 g salt

BUTTER FILLINGS

  • 6 pieces Butter, of 8 grams each, store in freezer until ready to use

Degas (punch down dough to let inside gas out). Divide into 6 small balls. Cover & rest for 15 minutes.[/color]
