White Milk Bread

  • 270 grams water
  • 550 grams bakers flour
  • 1 package Yeast Sachet
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 2 level teaspoons bread improver
  • 15 grams Butter
  • 30 grams Full cream powdered milk

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place Water, Yeast and sugar into Thermomix Bowl and cook 1.30 mins, 37 deg , speed 2.

     

  2. Add Flour, Salt, Bread Improver, butter and Milk powder and knead for 6 mins.

  3. Remove from bowl and wrap in Thermomat and leave in warm place for 1hr to rise.

  4. Knock down and put into well greased loaf pan.

  5. Bake for 40mins at 180 deg.

  6. Stand loaf in pan for 5 mins before removing the loaf.

  7. Enjoy
