Dough

  • 300 gram High Protein Flour
  • 100 gram wholemeal
  • 10 gram Soy/milk powder
  • 30 gram red sugar, (just use raw sugar if you don't have)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Instant dry yeast
  • 25 gram egg
  • 160 gram water, (adjustable-add/reduce if needed)
  • 30 gram Butter

Recipe's preparation

    Dough Preparation
  1. 1.Put all the ingredients (except butter) in TM bowl and Dough mode until well combined and a dough should be formed. NOTES: slowly add in the water to avoid the dough become too sticky, add more if the dough is too dry.

    2.Put in the butter then Dough mode for 4 minutes or until dough is pilable.

    3.Put the dough in a bowl and place it in warm place(I always put inside the oven) and proof for 60 minutes.

    4.Punch the air out from the dough and divide the dough into 2 and rest for 15 minutes.

    5.Roll the dough and put inside the tin, place it in warm place again for 2nd proof, 60 mins.

    6.The dough should be doubled size or almost reach the top of the tin.

    7.Put on the lid and bake in preheated oven on 200C/40 minutes.
