Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Freeze two chopped mangos, (or use one cup of frozen mango store bought) one medium banana and half a can of coconut cream (i used light as thats what I had) into cubes, or into a shallow dish that you can break up.
Place all three ingredients into the bowl. Blend on speed 9 for 1- 1.5min, scraping the sides as needed (you can hear / see the blade spinning and not blending when the mix needs pushing back - make sure you stop to do this or your spatula will be eaten!)
Once smooth and glossy, use spatula to scoop out!
