      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Line a 20x20cm tin with baking paper.

    Place all ingredients into TM Bowl.

    Place on TM lid with MC.

    Blitz 1min/Speed 9 or until mixture comes into a sticky ball.

    Press mixture into lined tin and refrigerate until firm.

    Slice into bars and store in fridge.

    I was pretty unsure about this one when I mixed it. It didn't even look like it would ever form a sticky ball. But I firmly pressed it into a tray and set it in the fridge and it turned out great!

    It tastes a bit like coconut ice!
