100 gram raw sugar

Recipe's preparation

1. Blitz the raw sugar for 10 secs on speed 9.

2. Add the apples, orange & carrot along with one tray of ice cubes.

3. Slowly turn the dial to 10 and mix for about 20 secs.

4. Add the the second tray of ice cubes at mix at speed 10 (use the spatula to help) until all of the ice has been crushed and it has a smooth consistency.

Tip

My children don't notice the added carrot and it gives the sorbet an extra lovely orange colour.

Everytime I make this I reduce the sugar even more.
