Was super easy to whip these up in no time for a great lunchbox snack. I used just regular apricots (not soaked) and everything blitzed up perfectly.

I saw on another recipe to soak the apricots in cold water for 1-2 hours beforehand. This may help.

I didn't have enough dried apricots so I made them with 250g dried apricots and 250g dates, and they were still delicious. My 10 month old enjoyed them too. Very easy to make, thanks.

Not sure what I have done wrong - but the thermie had huge issues blitzing it. The blades actually refused to spin. I used Woolies Organic Turkish Apricots. Any advice will be appreciated tmrc_emoticons.)
