Recipe's preparation
- Add all ingredients except for coconut oil and condensed cononut milk
- "Blend" 45 seconds / speed 8
- scrape down sides of bowl
- add coconut oil and condensed coconut milk
- "Blend" 45 seconds/ speed 6
- Mixture should be pressable into snack bar moulds. If too wet, add extra oats and mix again until appropriate consistency
- Press into snack bar moulds
- Refridgerate for minimum 4 hours
- Cut bars in half and sprinkle with some more shredded coconut
