  • 2 Avocados, fully ripe
  • 1 banana, fully ripe
  • 40-60 g cocoa powder, to taste
  • 100 g Maple syrup, to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe's preparation

    Method:
  1. 1. Place avocado and banana flesh into TM bowl and puree for 10 seconds/speed 5, scraping down and repeating until smooth.

    2.  Add cocoa, maple syrup and vanilla extract and mix 10 seconds/speed 5, scraping down and repeating as necessary until thoroughly combined.

    3.  Serve with fruit of choice.

    4.  If not serving immediately, refrigerate.

    I made this to top the gf, sf, df Jaffa (while orange) cake, and with the leftover mousse, I made "instant banana ice cream" and added the mousse.

    This was really yummy. Was great as an afternoon energy hit that kept me going. Would be a really nice dessert too. I reduced the cocoa to 30g and didnt have maple or vanilla extract so just used some sugar and wizzed that up with the cocoa before adding to avo banana mix so that the sugar wouldnt be gritty. Turned out great.
