OMG this recipe went in to my favourite desert file. Only change I made was to use 4 gelatine sheets and I sometimes add orange oil. Yummy 😋. Thanks for posting this recipe.

Very good dessert! It was a last minute decision and I was pleased that I chose this recipe. Thank you Thermofun! It is very simple to make but it takes a bit of time for it to set. I used a hazelnut chocolate bar for the ganache and topped with a few raspberries, so yummy!

This Pannacotta would have to be the nicest, easiest dessert I have ever made. Absolutely delicious. As it was a "trial" I was going to share with the neighbour, but no way ! We will have it again tomorrow night.

  • A lot stronger than expected,

    Submitted by ChuckMutch on 21. June 2015 - 15:58.

A lot stronger than expected, I used 70% dark with cocunut sprinkled on top but will use cadbury milk next time so not as intense. One tip, after pouring the chocolate spin the glass around to use centrifugal force to get a nice even thickness, this will spread the chocolate to the edges. Cheers.

    Submitted by maryannethermomix on 19. April 2015 - 10:55.

I tried this last night for a dinner party for 8 people, the quantity was perfect about 70g per person of panne cotta plus choc topping. I shaved a block of dark hazelnut choc on top and it looked terrific. Everyone ate their bowls clean. Thanks for the recipe. I used Bailey's Chocolate Luxe and reduced sugar slighty.

Hi, to make this non alcoholic but with a coffee flavour, I would try dropping the Bailey's and replace it with the same weight espresso (or strong instant) coffee.
