Very good dessert! It was a last minute decision and I was pleased that I chose this recipe. Thank you Thermofun! It is very simple to make but it takes a bit of time for it to set. I used a hazelnut chocolate bar for the ganache and topped with a few raspberries, so yummy!

I shaved a block of dark hazelnut choc on top and it looked terrific. Everyone ate their bowls clean. Thanks for the recipe. I used Bailey's Chocolate Luxe and reduced sugar slighty.
