For the Bars

  • 250 g coconut threads or flakes
  • 125 g sunflower, black poppy and black sesame seeds, Lightly Toasted
  • 2 tablespoon Black Chia seeds, Lightly Toasted
  • 125 g sulphur free cranberries, or any sweet dried berry or fruit
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp salt - very small
  • 2 tablespoon Melted Coconut Oil
  • 125 g Rice malt syrup, or 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Recipe's preparation

    Line a sandwich tin with baking paper
  1. 1. Put all ingredients into TM bowl EXCEPT the oil 


    2. Blend 10 sec speed 5


    3. Add melted coconut oil 


    4. Mix 20 secs speed 5


    5. Press into tin and put into fridge.


    6. Cut into squares or bars

    Very nice! I couldn't find black sesame so just used normal. Oh, and it's 125 grams combined.
