  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Process the nuts 8secs/speed 10. Place them into a separate bowl


  2. Process the rest of the ingredients 10secs/speed10. Add the chop nuts to the rest of the ingredients


  3. If the mixture is too dry add some more coconut oil


  4. Roll the mixture into balls and place in the fridge for half an hour to firm up
