Recipe's preparation
Add almonds to
for 3 sec, spd 6 (or to your preference, I like my pieces bigger for the crunch factor). Set aside.
Add dates to
for 5 sec, spd 6 or until crumbly. Add all other ingredients inluding almonds and mix
1 min, spd 2 until combined.
Take teaspoon sized portions and roll into balls and then into coconut. Should make aprox 20 balls.

Tip
I have amended to add peanut butter or you could use syrup as others have suggested to help bind.

I don't like peanut butter so used Tahini spread instead. Worked great!
I also soaked the dates for a couple of minutes first and was not crumbly.
