    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Arborio Rice and milk into the mixing bowl.
  2. Cook for 25-30 minutes/90'/speed 1.5
  3. Add Sugar Lightly, Maply syrup, vanilla extract & beaten eggs to the mixing bowl. Then 1 Minute 90' speed 2. Or until combined.
  4. Serve immediately, To make this dessert even more fantastic than it already is.. pop a dollop of ice cream to serve.

Accessories you need



To make the caramel a darker colour, replace the brown sugar with Darkest Brown Sugar
