Caramello Chocolate Slice

Ingredients

Slice

  • 1 Packet Marie Biscuits
  • 200 grams Sweetened Condesed Milk
  • 120 grams Butter
  • 220 grams block of Cadbury Caramello chocolate

Icing

  • 200 grams Cadbury Milk Chocolate
  • Chocolate Spinkles, Optional
  • dessicated coconut, Optional

Recipe's preparation

    Slice
  1. Place biscuits into bowl for 3-6 seconds on speed 6, then sit aside in another bowl. Less time if tou like chunky biscuit pieces.

    Break Caramello block into pieces, add butter and melt for 2 mins 60 degrees Counter-clockwise operationspeed 2, or until melted/combined.

    Add Condenced Milk and crushed biscuits to bowl and mix for 15 seconds Counter-clockwise operationspeed4. Scrap down sides and repeat until all combined.

    Press into a lined slice tin and refridgerate.
  2. Icing
  3. Break up Milk Chocolate and melt in bowl, 60 degreesCounter-clockwise operationspeed2, checking at short intervals.

    Spread over slice

    Decorate with Chocolate Sprinkles or Dessicated Coconut.

    Refridgerate until set
  4. Once set, cut into bite size pieces and enjoy!
