Cherry Ripe Balls

  • 250 grams Milk arrowroot biscuits (1 pk)
  • 254 grams Cherry Ripe (x4 bars)
  • 397 gram can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.5 level tbsp cocoa
  • 35 grams Dessicated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
  • 70 grams (melted) coconut oil

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add packet of biscuits to bowl. Process to fine crumb: 5 seconds/Sp 10
    Add chopped cherry ripe bars and blitz for another 5 seconds/Sp 8
    Add cocoa and dessicated coconut and mix 10 seconds/Sp 3.5
    Add coconut oil and condensed milk and mix 10 seconds/Sp 6
    Roll teaspoons of mixture into tight balls and roll in coconut. Place in airtight container and refrigerate 2-4hrs.
