  • If you like a really moist

    Submitted by tanyabird11 on 16. February 2015 - 20:20.

If you like a really moist cake then this is lovely. Don't be tempted to play around with the recipe. It needs the full amount of sugar. I also tried it with coconut oil instead of butter and the it was not as nice.

This cake is delicious! I have made it so many times and as a whole cake or muffin size. It is moist, chocolatey and filling. It is an easy process and so quick to make. I have never made the icing, however, as the cake is delicious as it is. Thankyou!

Great recipe, thank you for posting. I made for a dinner party, replacing cocoa and sugar with dark chocolate 90% a 150g and using the 50g for the ganache topping. I also made in ramekins and cooked for 12mins. Will made again for special occasion tmrc_emoticons.)  tmrc_emoticons.)
