Chia Chocolate Mousse

Mousse

  • 30 grams chia seeds, Ground
  • 25 grams unsweetened cacao powder
  • 30 grams powdered coconut sugar
  • 1 banana
  • 230 grams coconut milk
  • pinch coarsely ground sea salt, optional

Recipe's preparation

    Mousse
  1. 1. Place chia seeds into TM bowl and grind 15secs/Sp10. Scrape down sides of bowl.


    2. Add cacao powder, coconut sugar, banana and coconut milk into TM bowl and blend 15secs/Sp5. Scrape down sides of bowl and blend again 5secs/Sp5.


    3. Place chocolate mousse in a bowl or single serving bowls/ramekins and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to solidify.


    4. Optional: - Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt before serving.
