Choc Orange Bliss Balls

  • 10 medjool dates
  • 100 grams Almonds or Cashews
  • 100 grams Sultanas or Goji Berries
  • 100 grams Coconut Shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Cacao
  • 5 drops Orange or Peppermint oil
  • 1 handfull Cacao nibs, optional but awesome

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Recipe's preparation

    5 Steps to Awesomeness
  1. 1. Deseed your Medjool dates and place into mixing bowl

    2. Throw other ingredients in

    3. Blitz 20-30 seconds/speed 9 or until mixture sticks together

    4. Roll mixture into balls and then roll in coconut

    5. Eat and enjoy or place into a cute glass jar for a gift or comtribution to a dinner party!

Tip

Make sure your essentail oil is FOOD GRADE. I use Doterra but there are plenty of other great brands out there.

Feel free to throw in whatever else you have on hand; try peanuts, macas, cranberries, chia seeds....
