      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add raw almonds to bowl and chop 3sec/speed9

    2. Add dates to bowl and chop 3 sec/speed9

    3. Add the rest of the ingredients to bowl and mix speed 6 until combined

    4. Devide mixture into balls of 20grams and roll

Tip

You may need to add more or less agave syrup (could also use rice malt syrup), depending on the consistency to roll into balls.

Chop nuts as fine or rough as you like to add texture.

Can also add YIAH dukkahs for something different, my favourite is Black Forest!
