Recipe's preparation
Mill raw sugar for 10sec/ speed 9. Add chocolate and grate for 10sec/ speed 9Add strawberries and lemon and mix for 10sec/ speed 5. Add Ice and for 1 min 30sec/ speed 9. If ice has been put in Thermoserver 10-15 mins before making Sorbet you may not need to use the spatula.Serve

Tip
This recipe freezes well as it doesn't have egg white in it so I often put in iceblock containers for kids as a different treat.If strawberries are fresh and in season you will not need to add sugar as will be sweet enoughRaw Sugar can be replaced with coconut sugarAn egg white can be added for a more fluffier consistancy or even petite meringues
