- 250 grams coconut oil
- 200 grams cacao powder
- 115 grams Maple syrup
- 130 grams craisins
- 130 g Oats,rolled
- 130 grams Nuts of choice
- 100 grams Coconut
Place nuts in bowl and chop 3 seconds, speed 1. Set aside.
Place coconut oil in bowl and melt 1.5 mins, 100 degrees, speed 1.
Add cacao and maple syrup and mix, 10 seconds, speed 1.
Add remaining ingredients and mix an additional 10 seconds, reverse, speed soft.
Pour mixture into a silicone cake mould and freeze until solid. Break into rough pieces and enjoy!
Accessories you need
Add marshmallows for extra texture.
Substitute craisins for other dried fruit.
Cocoa powder works in place of cacao.
