Chocolate Cashew Cream

  • 150 grams Cashews raw
  • 100 grams coffee, brewed
  • 80 grams cocoa
  • 200 grams agave or maple syrup or maleo
  • 260 grams coconut milk

Recipe's preparation

    Chocolate Cashew Cream
  1. Add all ingredients to bowl.  Blend 30 secs/speed 7, scrape down sides and blend another 30 secs/speed 7 or until smooth.

  2. Pour into serving bowls and freeze until semi frozen.

Tip

Maleo is a syrup made with 300gr rapadura sugar and 150 gr water 5 mins/50 degrees/ sp 2.  Store in fridge. (From //www.changinghabits.com.au)

    Beautiful. I only did 40grams of cocoa and i also added a few drops of peppermint extract. Will make this again thanks for sharing
