- 250 g copha
- 60-80 g chocolate
- 30 g cocoa
- 140 g rice, bubbles
- 80 g coconut - desiccated or shredded
- 100's & 1000's (optional)

Recipe's preparation
Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill for 10 sec / speed 9.
Transfer to a bowl and set aside
Place copha and chocolate into mixing bowl and grate for 5-10 sec / speed 8
Melt for 4 mins / 90 degrees / speed 3 or until smooth liquid consistancey
Add coconut, rice bubbles, and sugar and combine 5-10 sec / "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 3-4
Dollap into cup cake cases and decorate with 100's & 1000's (optional)
refridgerate until set (approx 15 mins)

The cocoa is not mentioned in the recipe. I added it at with the copha and the chocolate. Also, i left the sugar in the TM bowl after it was milled, and melted it with theother ingredients.
