Ingredients

Chocolate Crackles

  • 30 grams Puffed rice
  • 60 grams coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons coconut palm sugar
  • 2 heaped teaspoons cacao powder
  • 1 heaped teaspoon Carob Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, (may be omitted)
  • 70 grams cacao butter

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add coconut flakes into mixing bowl and shred 10secs/sp.9, set aside

  2. Add coconut palm sugar into mixing bowl and mill 60secs/sp.9

  3. Add cacao butter into mixing bowl and melt 3-5mins/37'C/sp.2 (duration will depend on room temperature at the time)

  4. Add puffed rice, coconut, cacao powder, carob powder and cinnamon (is using) into mixing bowl and mix 5-10secs/counter-clockwise operation/sp.3-4

  5. Spoon into mini silicon cupcake moulds or cupcake cases and refridgerate until set (roughly 60mins)

Adding cinnamon adds a nice warmth for Easter and Christmas
