- 170 g almond meal
- 40 g Cacao
- 40 g Coconut sugar
- 340 g pitted dates
- 40 g coconut oil
- 40 g walnuts
- 30 g Shredded coconut

Recipe's preparation
Line an 18cm square tin
Place almond meal, cacao and coconut sugar in the bowl
Blitz for 10 seconds, speed 4
Add the dates and coconut oil and blitz for 15 seconds speed 8
Add walnuts and blitz for 5 seconds speed 8
Scrape mixture into lined tin, squash down with the back of a spoon and sprinkle with shredded coconut
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours
