  • 1 avocado, large
  • 70 grams coconut cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 70 grams cacao powder

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add sugar to bowl Closed lid and mill down raw sugar for 10 seconds speed 10. Scrape down sides.

    2. Add everything else except ice Closed lid and mix for 30 seconds speed 8. Scrape down sides of bowl.

    3. Add ice, Closed lid and with aid of spatula crush down for 1-1.5 minutes speed 10.

    4. Serve and enjoy!!

Tip

This recipe may not need as much time for crushing the ice, or may need a bit longer for mixing the avocado base, adjust to when fully mixed with no lumps or chunks of ice.
