  • 200 g Nuts, I use 50g walnuts, 50g cashews and 100g almonds
  • 50 g pitted dates
  • 50 g dried apricots
  • 50 g Raisins or saltanas
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa or Cacao
  • 1 tbsp orange juice, fresh is best
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 30 g Descicated coconut

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Put nuts, dried fruit and orange juice into bowl.

  2. Blend for 45 sec / sp 7.

  3. Add more orange juice if the mixture doesn't hold together well.

  4. Mix coconut and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.

  5. Take 1 tsp of mixture, roll into ball and toss into the coconut.

  6. Set in fridge - or enjoy straight away!
