      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place biscuits and chocolate (roughly brocken) into bowl

    Turbo 3-5 times

    set aside in a mixing bowl

    add condensed milk and mix with spatula

  2. Add coconut and a few drops of food colouring into a small sandwich bag - shake and mix until all coloured

  3. Wet hands

    Roll 1 teaspoon on mix into a ball  (using palms)

    roll in coloured coconut

Tip

You can also use other flavoured chocolate


Caramel = White balls


Peppermint = Green balls


Turkish Delight = Red balls


Keep palms wet with water to avoid sticking
