If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
If using moulds spray with coconut oil
1. Add Macadamia 20 seconds speed 4
2. Add Cocoa Butter 20sec speed 8, Use spatula to assist if required
3. scrap down sides
4. Melt 14 sec 37 deg speed 1. Rpeat if necessary
5. Scrape down sides
Add remaining ingredients 10 min 37 deg speed 1 to blend
6. Pour into moulds, re fridgerate till set, serve immediately.
