Custard

  • 10 grams Raw Sugar or Rapadura
  • 35 grams organic tapioca flour
  • 1 --- banana
  • 95 grams water
  • 500 grams coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste

Recipe's preparation

    Coconut Custard
  1. Place tapioca flour into TM bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 10.

    Add banana & chop 3 sec/speed 7 or until smooth.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook 6 mins/90c/speed 4.

    ** if you can have eggs add 2 and subtract 10g less of tapioca flour.
