      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1.  Soak sultanas in rum over night

    2. Place Weetbix into Thermomix bowl.  Crush (Speed 5 for 10 secs).  Add cocoa & mix.  Add Sultanas & mix (reverse, speed 3 for 10 secs).  Now add the condensed milk & mix reverse speed 3 for 30 secs

    2.  Pick up small amount & roll into a ball (if you are finding the mixture sticks too much, wet your hands a little to help), roll ball into coconut.  Refrigerate. Enjoy.
