      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

add extra milk Hun, there is plenty of room in a tm5 bowl for you too if you like yours runnier (stick to recipe amount don't double it and add extra milk) I also use ayam, but once put into my serving bowl I pour extra on top and top with sugar.

  • I used ayam coconut milk,

I used ayam coconut milk, which is quite thick and there wasnt enough liquid.  It ended up a thick stodgy mass as even on reverse the blades pureed it.  THe taste is pretty good though - I would try again with a thinner milk.

So yummy and easy! Great way to use up left over rice and a perfect winter comfort food. I'd run out of vanilla extract so substituted maple syrup, still delicious tmrc_emoticons.)

So easy and delicious! I only had a can of coconut cream so i used less coconut cream and added a bit of regular milk. Sprinkled cinnamon sugar over the top also. Will make this again, yum!
