      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Pit cherries and place flesh into bowl. Add the contents of the coconut milk. Blend on spd 9 for 50 secs.

    2. Add all other ingredients and cook for 8mins on speed 4 at 90C. (if you have a T5 model, then use the guided recipe from here.)

    3. If you prefer sweetener than add 20g maple syrup and blend on spd 4, 90C for 1 min.

Tip

*This will make a thick and creamy custard. If you prefer thinner than add 40g. Use Gluten free cornflour to make recipe GFree.
