Coconut, Pistachio and Almond Balls - Indian Sweet

Ingredients

Coconut Mixture

  • 10 g raw sugar
  • 12 green cardamom pods, Remove seeds from pods
  • 35 g Raw Unsalted Pistachios
  • 35 g raw almonds
  • 250 g desicated coconut, Lightly toasted
  • 220 g Nestle's Condensed Milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. In TM Bowl add sugar and cardamom seeds. Blitz on Sp 10 for 10 sec. It will be icing sugar.
    2. Add pistachio and almonds and chop on sp 4  for 10sec


    3. Add 250g of condensed milk and heat at 80 degrees for 4 mins.


    4. Add 240g toasted coconut (keeping the rest for rolling), knead for I minute, it should all come together in a ball.
    If the coconut mixture feels dry add dry add the additional 30g of condensed milk and knead again for 1minute.
    4. Using a spoon, scoop out of Tm bowl and roll into balls.
    5. Coat in coconut and place on large plate to set - minimum 1 hour but best if you can set overnight.
