I've always wanted to make Sago Pudding, my grandmother made it for me, when I was a child. The recipe has been lost - this is so close to her recipe. It filled me with happy memories - is was very nostalgic. Thank you for the great recipe!

This sago custard is amazing. I omitted the egg whites (I'm weird about raw eggs) and I soaked the sago longer

Hubby LOVED this and said it was one of the nicest desserts he'd had! Easy recipe to follow, we didn't change anything from original recipe and it worked perfectly! Delicious and comforting!

Creamy sago pudding is a winner.
    I used only 20 g sugar .
I did not separate the eggs, although the end result will be lighter if you do.
I found the quantity just right for 2 adults.
    Cooked for 30 minutes .
